Taking the lead in the race for increased interest is the Tesla Model 3, experiencing a substantial 50% spike in searches. From an initial count of 11.6 million, the model soared to 17.3 million searches in just three months. Denmark emerged as the hotspot for Model 3 searches, contributing significantly to this surge.

Audi’s e-tron GT closely follows suit, gaining almost 2 million additional searches, elevating the count from 4.2 million to over 6.2 million. As such, Estonia stands out as the top trending location for this Audi model, which is noted as the brand’s fastest EV, likely fueling the growing interest.

Porsche Taycan

The Porsche Taycan secures the third spot, garnering an extra 1.4 million searches in the past three months. Norway, with its penchant for electric vehicles, emerges as the frontrunner in Taycan interest. As Porsche’s inaugural electric sports car, the Taycan has etched its name at the top of the list.

Mercedes-Benz EQS

In the fourth position is the Mercedes-Benz EQS, amassing 820,000 more searches, transitioning from nearly 3.5 million to over 4.3 million. Finland takes the lead in searches for this high-end luxury vehicle. The EQS, known as the brand’s most technologically advanced luxury electric model, cements its place in the rankings.

BMW iX

Breaking into the top five is BMW’s iX, experiencing an increase from 1.7 million to 2.4 million searches. Norway once again plays a pivotal role in influencing interest, particularly as the country leads in searches for several models on this list. With two electric motors, the iX is steadily gaining traction among drivers.

Ioniq 5

Hyundai’s Ioniq 5 secures the sixth position, gaining 749,000 more searches and leaping from 3.3 million to over 4 million. Norway continues to set trends for the Ioniq 5, particularly attracting those making their initial foray into EVs.

Polestar 2 clinches the seventh spot, registering a near 24% search growth from 2.3 million to almost 2.9 million. Norway maintains its position as a trendsetter for the Polestar 2, reflecting the brand’s dedication to sustainable luxury.

Volkswagen’s ID4 ranks eighth, rising by 526,000 searches and moving from 2 million to 2.5 million. Unique in this list, Armenia takes the lead in ID4 interest, possibly due to its reputation as one of the most cost-effective models.

In ninth place is the Chevrolet Bolt EV, adding 437,000 to its initial 1.9 million searches. Canada emerges as the country with the highest interest in this EV, a testament to the brand’s commitment to offering competitively priced EVs for a broader consumer base.

Rounding off the top ten is the Mustang Mach-E, climbing from 1.6 million to almost 2 million searches. Once more, Norway once again takes the spotlight as the country with the highest trend for this Ford model.
