Chinese phone maker vivo is set to launch the V30 in the Kenyan market. The device will succeed the V29, which many people loved for its design, camera, and price (currently around KES 58,000). Following the successful launches of previous iterations, including the aforementioned V29, and the V27, the V30 is expected to maintain these high standards.
Currently, the device’s pricing remains unclear, with this information expected to be disclosed during the official unveiling. Finding the device in third-party shops is hard, meaning that many retailers have yet to stock it (a process typically completed even before official smartphone offices introduce their devices).
The V30, which rocks the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 will compete with several other devices from OPPO (such as the Reno11 and Reno11 Pro), Xiaomi Redmi Note 12, and the recently launched Samsung Galaxy A55, as they offer similar features and fall within the same price range.
