alGROWithm is rolling out the 2025 edition of its Growth Talent Accelerator Program (GTAP), which aims to develop skilled Growth Engineers across Africa.
GTAP 2025 integrates workshops, mentorship, and real-world application to address the region’s demand for growth-focused professionals. The program is open to English-speaking professionals from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Senegal, and Zimbabwe, with two pathways.
GTAP Lite is a fully online program for individuals looking to develop expertise in data-driven growth strategies.
GTAP Pro is a hybrid program designed for businesses to train their internal teams through Growth Hacking boot camps, online workshops, and guided implementation.
In 2024, GTAP received over 3,000 applications from six countries, with an acceptance rate of 3.6%. Participants rated the program highly, with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.6, indicating strong engagement and perceived value.
According to Bili Sule, Founder and Chief Growth Officer at alGROWithm, the initiative responds to the growing demand for Growth Engineers by equipping professionals with skills to help African businesses scale.
The program includes a two-day Growth boot camp, during which participants engage in hands-on sessions on core growth principles, strategy execution, and experimentation.
It also features four months of growth training focused on acquisition, retention, and scaling strategies.
Eight practical growth workshops address real-world business challenges with actionable solutions.
Participants gain access to a network of growth professionals across Africa.
Companies such as TechCabal, Paga, Figorr, and Kebble have trained their teams using the GTAP Pro model. For 2025, alGROWithm plans to train over 100 professionals across East, West, and Southern Africa.
Applications for the 2025 cohort are now open, with limited scholarship slots available. More details and application information can be found here.
