Speaking during the launch, Airtel Kenya Managing Director, Mr Ashish Malhotra said: “Customer experience is a core focus for our business, and in everything we do, we have to ensure we create memorable experiences across our products and services portfolio. It is for this reason that we shall continue to invest in expanding our service footprint through our Airtel customer care outlets across the country.”

The new Meru shop offers a comprehensive range of services and products tailored to meet the diverse needs of Airtel consumers within Meru County and its environs. The shop’s operating hours are between 9 am to 6 pm on Mondays through to Saturdays and on Sundays, from 11 am to 5 pm.

Airtel customers visiting the shop will benefit from a wide array of services including SIM card acquisition, postpaid premier products, Airtel Money services, purchase of data devices, i.e., pocket MiFi and routers, and a variety of mobile handsets.
