Zoho has announced Zoho CRM for Everyone, a new feature that allows all customer-facing teams (sales, marketing, account managers etc) to collaborate and manage customer interactions within a single CRM platform.
According to the company, this improves visibility, reduces turnaround time, and improves customer experience.
Zoho also unveiled enhancements to its developer platform Catalyst and application analytics solution Zoho Apptics.
Catalyst offers new features like Signals for routing events, a NoSQL Database for data storage, Slate for building custom interfaces, and a CI/CD Pipeline for automating development workflows.
Zoho Apptics provides analytics across various platforms (Android, iOS, etc.) and prioritizes user privacy with encryption and access controls.
“Businesses are looking for unified solutions that help them optimise for value, maximise their competitive advantages, and tap into new market opportunities amid tough economic conditions,” said Veerakumar Natarajan, Country Head, Zoho Kenya. “At Zoho, we’re focused on continuously deepening our current offerings and expanding others to serve business needs. Zoho CRM for Everyone, for instance, is the first true democratisation of the CRM paradigm and helps unify all customer operations teams onto the CRM to deliver better customer experiences. Likewise, the upgraded Catalyst and the privacy-focused Apptics solution work hand-in-hand to deliver an unmatched developer experience from concept to code, and deployment to analytics.”
