Skillvue raises $6.3 million to build out AI-based skills assessment platform

Skillvue has raised $6.3 million in seed funding to enhance its AI-powered platform for skills assessment. The platform helps companies assess, track, and develop skills across employees and candidates, moving beyond traditional job titles. This round brings the total funding to $9.5 million.

Skillvue’s platform breaks down job roles into specific skills, helping organisations discover hidden internal talent. The company’s annual recurring revenue grew 8x between 2023 and 2024, and it plans to double its team by the end of 2025.

The company’s clients include Douglas, Carrefour, Credem and Randstad, with plans to expand internationally. As HR professionals focus more on skills-based recruitment, Skillvue is positioned to meet the growing demand for skills-based workforce management.
