Xiaomi is all set to rock Kenya with the launch of its Redmi Note 13 series on February 10th. According to the buzz from Xiaomi Kenya, this new series is not just your run-of-the-mill mid-range smartphone; it’s aiming to blur the lines between mid-range and flagship devices.
Xiaomi’s statement
In a recent statement, Xiaomi Kenya spilled the beans, highlighting the Redmi Note 13 series’ promise of a unique blend of durability, top-notch user experience, and impressive imaging capabilities—all bundled up in a package that redefines the industry standard, and all that without breaking the bank.
If you’re eager to catch the launch and dive into the nitty-gritty details, Xiaomi Kenya has you covered on their Facebook page. Mark the date on your calendar because the Redmi Note 13 series is about to take the spotlight from its predecessor, the Redmi Note 12 series, which hit the Kenyan market back in May last year.
International rollout
Interestingly, although Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 13 series in China last September (alongside the Xiaomi 13T series), it only recently started making its way to international markets. Kenya is lucky enough to be one of the early birds in this international rollout.
The Redmi Note 13 series features not one, not two, but three siblings: the standard Redmi Note 13, the Redmi Note 13 Pro, and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. The exciting part? We’ll have to wait for the local launch in Kenya to find out which variants will be gracing our market.
