Silver Box, a Middle East-based company specializing in investment, corporate management, and technology, has acquired Mobius Motors Kenya, an automotive manufacturer of locally assembled vehicles.
Mobius Motors was founded 14 years ago with approximately KES 5 billion invested.
Mobius Motors’ service center has reopened, and services have resumed. Production and manufacturing of the Mobius 3 Model will continue by July 2025. A new model, a 4×4 off-road SUV, is planned for launch by December 2025.
John Kavila has been appointed Mobius Motors’ Chief Operating Officer. He will lead the company’s strategic expansion and growth. The current CEO has exited the company.
