LG Electronics has introduced the LG StanbyME Go, model 27LX5. This portable screen offers users the freedom to have entertainment experiences wherever they go.
Design and portability
The LG StanbyME Go boasts a 27-inch touch screen, alongside a four-channel 20W speaker system housed in a compact carrying case. This briefcase-style design comes with an easy-handling handle that would make it a great company for your camping, or any other outdoor activities. This hard-sided case offers protection to the screen while travelling while also making the storage of the instrument easier upon its non-use.
Display quality
The StanbyME Go may not be the greatest in terms of display with its 1080p LCD panel when compared to LG 4K OLEDs, but it makes up for it for entertainment on the move. StanbyME Go also features Dolby Vision™, where you get exceptional color, contrast, and brightness, also Dolby Atmos® for the best possible 3D surround sound.
Build and weight
The StanbyME Go’s stand mechanism is quite hefty, requiring both hands to move it around comfortably. At the rear, you’ll find a single HDMI port, a USB input, and a power socket for its built-in battery (LG promises around three hours of battery life).
