Epson Middle East (EME) has promoted four women to senior management roles in its META-CW Asia region, covering key markets across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Central & West Asia. The positions, managed from Dubai, include:

  • Christine Chua, Director of Strategic Planning
  • Natalie Harrison, Director of Marketing
  • Razia Mahomed, Director of Services & Support
  • Charley Stevens, Director of Human Resources

Epson said the appointments are steps towards improving diversity and expanding its regional operations over the next five years.

Currently, 47% of management roles in Epson META-CW Asia are held by women, supported by initiatives like internships and leadership training.

Speaking during the announcement, Epson President of META-CW Asia Neil Colquhoun noted that this milestone was a significant step towards enhancing diversity and inclusivity within Epson’s leadership ranks.

“By elevating these exceptionally talented female leaders to key positions, we are not only recognizing their exemplary contributions but creating role models for women within our company and beyond,” said Mr. Colquhoun.

“We are incredibly proud to have this strong leadership team established as we continue to invest in and grow our presence in key markets. I firmly believe that diversity in leadership enriches decision-making, drives innovation, and creates workplaces where everyone can thrive, “he further noted.
