Kenyan digital insurance platform mTek partnered with Workpay to simplify employee insurance access through the Workpay system. This targets employees using Workpay for HR and payroll.

The partnership integrates Workpay’s platform with mTek’s digital insurance offerings. This allows Workpay users to compare and buy insurance products like motor, health, life, and general insurance.

The collaboration aims to simplify insurance selection and purchase, making it more affordable, accessible, and efficient.

“We are excited to partner with mTek to streamline insurance procurement,” said Workpay’s Chief Business Officer, Edwin Mwangi. “This simplifies processes and offers tailored insurance products through Workpay’s HR and payroll expertise.”

Workpay also offers insurance premium financing to make comprehensive coverage more affordable by spreading costs.

Kenyan law mandates car insurance for all vehicle owners to cover financial losses in crashes, theft, or vehicle damage.
