RiviaOS offers a suite of tools for healthcare providers, including appointment scheduling, online booking, and video consultations. Notably, the platform provides affordable AI-powered health diagnosis.

Both CEOs expressed enthusiasm for the deal. Rivia’s CEO highlighted the founder’s talent, while Waffle’s CEO emphasized shared goals and values. They believe the combined resources will benefit clinics, patients, and employees.

An investor praised the acquisition, stating it would create a strong leadership team and modernize clinics using advanced technology.

Rivia aims to become the leading network of high-quality primary care clinics in developing markets, focusing on a lean business model.

Despite most in-person consultations, primary care in Ghana often lacks efficient technology. This leads to patient dissatisfaction and a weakened system.

Rivia’s technology tackles this by creating a network that equips partner clinics with infrastructure upgrades and technology. Standardized practices ensure a consistent patient experience.
