Carry1st, a consumer payments provider, has partnered with Audiomack, a music streaming platform with over 30 million monthly users, to simplify the process for Audiomack users in Africa to purchase subscriptions using local payment methods.
Carry1st’s Pay1st service already supports local payments like mobile money, digital wallets, and bank transfers, offering digital goods for games like VALORANT and Call of Duty: Mobile.
This deal marks Carry1st’s move into the music sector, expanding the Carry1st Shop’s offerings beyond gaming to include essentials, gift cards, and lifestyle vouchers.
Audiomack is a top music streaming app in several African countries and focuses on emerging artists in genres like hip-hop and Afrobeats.
Users can now buy Audiomack’s day, week, and month passes in local currencies across Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, Tanzania, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Rwanda, Uganda, and Senegal. The subscriptions remove ads, unlock features, and offer unlimited downloads, HiFi streaming, and more.
Audiomack subscriptions will have a 10% discount on all passes to promote the launch.
